When you submit an inquiry, register for training, or complete a lead form, we may collect information including your name, email address, phone number, your athlete's name, date of birth, soccer experience, training goals, and any additional information you choose to provide. We use this information to contact you regarding our training programs, camps, evaluations, scheduling, registrations, and other services, as well as to improve our coaching programs and customer experience. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Because many of our athletes are under the age of 18, we only collect information submitted by a parent or legal guardian or with parental permission. Information submitted through Facebook or Instagram Lead Forms is used solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and providing information about PI Soccer Training's programs, camps, and services.

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information and maintain its confidentiality. We may use trusted third-party service providers, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), CoachIQ, Stripe, Google Workspace, and email or SMS communication platforms to help operate our business.
